The design and construction of the new Stephanis Showroom in Larnaca involve the development of a modern commercial building with a total area of 3,500 sq.m. The project is located on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue (formerly Stratigou Timagia), just before the Port roundabout.
The building is arranged over two exhibition floors with a combined area of 2,500 sq.m., complemented by an independent third-floor warehouse of 1,000 sq.m.
The project is being delivered by A&A Apostolides and includes 52 covered, free parking spaces at ground level. Full accessibility to all floors is provided via lifts and escalators, ensuring smooth circulation, functionality and a comfortable visitor experience.
